Refund Policy

Introduction

This page outlines the refund, cancellation, and deferment policy for services offered by Techclout Africa LTD. This policy applies to all services listed below.

Service Cancellation

By completing your registration for any of the following services and making a payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Collaborate to Host a Webinar (20,000 Naira)

2. Full Interview Slot on Our Website + Social Media Spotlighting (40,000 Naira)

3. Video Spotlight for Your Startup (100,000 Naira excluding logistics)

4. Spotlight Video Feature for Startup Founder + Website and Social Media Spotlight (150,000 Naira)

You may cancel your service by requesting a “service cancellation” at least 5 working days before the scheduled service date. For services where the date is not pre-scheduled, cancellation requests should be made within 5 working days of the payment.

Services cannot be canceled if the service has already commenced or if the request is made less than 5 working days before the service date. Techclout Africa LTD reserves the right to reschedule a service, which will be communicated within 2 working days before the service date.

Changing Service

Changes to an already scheduled service can only be made with Techclout Africa LTD’s approval. An administrative fee of 5% applies if the change is requested after the service has commenced. If the service has not yet started, changes must be requested at least 5 working days before the scheduled date. Approval for changes must be granted at least 1 day before the service date. If approved, the new service must be paid for in full before any refund for the previously booked service can be processed.

Refund Procedure

To obtain a refund, requests must be made in writing via email to nathaniel@techclout.africa. Upon receiving a refund request, you will be sent a refund form to complete. Refunds will only be approved if requested at least 5 working days before the service date.

– Refunds for service cancellation will be processed within 10-15 working days.

– Refunds for erroneous or overpayments will be processed within 5 working days.

– Payment information must be sent to nathaniel@techclout.africa.

Service Deferment

If you are unable to proceed with a service and wish to defer, you may only defer to the next available slot. For example, if you sign up for a service in October and cannot take it, you can defer to the next available slot in November. Deferment beyond the next available slot is not allowed, and a refund will not be processed in such cases.

Service Access

Access to services, including any related content, will be available only up to 1 year from the date of service completion. If a refund or cancellation is requested once the service has started, access to any related content will be removed.
