At Techclout Africa, we are committed to delivering high-quality media, technology, and innovation-driven solutions, with client satisfaction as our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
General Refund Terms
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds apply only to specific services under certain conditions. Services completed, delivered, and approved by the client are non-refundable.
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the payment date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Communication: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@techcloutafrica.com
with a detailed explanation.
Refund Conditions
Consultation & Advisory Fees: Non-refundable.
Project Deposits: Non-refundable, as they cover scheduling, planning, and admin costs.
Custom Media & Technology Projects: Refunds considered case-by-case. If work has begun, refunds will be prorated.
Subscription Services: Refunds issued only for unused full months.
Maintenance Packages: Refunds prorated based on unused months, minus completed work.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed deliverables or milestones.
Third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, advertising, or licenses).
Urgent or express services (due to immediate resource allocation).
Refund Process:

Request reviewed within 5 business days (additional info may be required).
Clients notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds processed within 15 business days via the original payment method
Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise, we encourage direct resolution. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may apply.
Policy Updates
Techclout Africa may update this policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
